I received my phone today, and I LOVE IT! That BS about the keypad is none sense… yes everyone was saying within the first week, and yes I got it today- still I don’t see the keypad breaking in anyway unless you’re so brutally rough with ur keypad!

I have had the Sony Ericcson S500i for about 6 months now. I try and handle all my stuff pretty carefully. The keypad of the S500i does break. Each of the buttons starts cracking right in the middle. I also have a problem of the sound stopping, with a message saying “Playback Failed”. I have to restart my phone at this time. I can make calls but cannot hear the ringing tone at the other end, but the person picks up, and I cannot hear him speak. Does anyone else have this problem?
