    Worst. PDA. Ever.

I have deployed 30 of these at work. 5 were faulty. 1 falls over every day. Some lock up and have to go back, others need to have the battery and SIM removed before they will start again. Appalling battery life and worst of all, inserting the battery tears the “warranty void if broken” sticker. Avoid like the plague.

I have Imate Jama 201, I was not able to access the keypad, right now it was locked. Normally we have to press "unlock" and "*" to open lock, but I couldn’t open. Several times I tried restart by removing the battery. Any suggestions…
