This is by far the worst mobile I have ever had, I got it when I upgraded my phone a few months ago and it is absolutely useless. No matter where I am there is only one tiny bar of reception and it cuts out EVERY single time I try to make a call. I sent it back and another one was sent out to me which is exactly the same so I have no idea why they have been so badly made. I am now using my old phone as it is completely useless to me, plus it is a large clumsy phone. Shame on you samsung, I will never ever purchase a Samsung mobile again.

I have just had my Samsung stolen. Absolutely gutted as it had my life on it - never write any-one’s numbers down anymore!! I have coverage with O2 and have found it has brilliant reception - have even used it abroad in Spain and had no problems. Have had a ‘bar’ put on the phone so whichever toe-rag stole it can’t use it anyway! But I will be replacing it with a similar model as I found it great to use.
