RIM pushing for BlackBerry 8110 Pearl with GPS in place of WiFi

Under: BlackBerry, Mobile Phones, News Date: November 27th, 2007

BlackBerry

The all new BlackBerry Pearl 8110 will be following on from where the Pearl 8120 left of from and the latest news says that and of course which makes perfect sense that RIM are pushing for BlackBerry 8110 Pearl with GPS enabled.

So they are trying to push for a GSM version of the GPS-enabled BlackBerry 8130 Pearl which means the BlackBerry Pearl 8110 will feature a GPS receiver in place of the WiFi radio.

Our speculation is that 3G will be there somewhere for the Blackberry 8110 Pearl, we might be wrong but we might be right and that is the love of speculation.

The BlackBerry 8110 Pearl is apparently ready for launch early 2008 which is devastating news for those who wanted it in their Christmas stocking.
