France Telecom, have unlocked the iPhone for less than the German company, will this cause any conflicts?

In Germany the T-Mobile sales have been criticised left, right and centre for unlocking the iPhone and the price of the unlocked version.

The French are now competing 100%, they have now unlocked it and are going to be charging less than the Germans to persuade more people to get rid of the two year contract and be the proud owner of the best phone with no shocks at the end of the month.
