The E-ten Glofish X600 didn’t really pack much of a punch when it was revealed but, the relatively new smartphone manufacturer hasn’t given up hope and have just put their new E-ten Glofish X650 through FCC’s testing process.

The FCC’s website has given us a sneak peak as to what we can expect from the E-ten Glofish X650. Apparently, the X650 has the similar internals as the X600 but also has an FM transmitter and a VGA display. No word on a 3G radio.

The addition of a VGA will be very welcome I’m sure, but the lack of 3G radio is disappointing.
