Automated houses are becoming more and more thanks to DIY software such as Cinemar’s Mainlobby, and obviously the more you can actually control the better. Well now in addition to being able to control your home theater system, lighting, thermostats, audio, movies and security from a single one-touch wall mounted control centre, Mainlobby users will soon be able to do the same via their iphone or iPod-Touch.How have Mainlobby made this work, well Mainlobby’s built-in web server along with Safari’s AJAX support is how. However, although this is only a first glance these examples should be included in future versions of MLServer, with loads of future development in mind by the lead developer.
