News in from BlackBerry-maker Research In Motion is that BlackBerry subscribers may not be able to send or receive messages; users of Blackberry will not be able to register their device, use other services such as Internet browsing or roam in another location.
This is all bad news for Blackberry users, there are many problems such as BlackBerry Internet Service subscribers may not be able to use the BlackBerry Internet Service web site or use services such as integrating third-party email accounts, creating new accounts, viewing email attachments or even accessing your whole Internet mailbox.
You Blackberry handsets may not receive new service books, BlackBerry Connect and BlackBerry-enabled devices that require a new PIN may be unable to receive the PIN.
This critical Blackberry outage is the second that RIM have had to tackle in the last 10 months, and surely this is really upsetting its customers.
