I have this phone and the shaker feature doesn’t seem to work on my Walkman. Does anyone else have this problem and could anyone help me fix it?

wen you want to swith songs or shuffle, you shake the phone .BUT. u hav to hold down the button that is on the top of the phone that has the walkman sign… it is the same size as the power off/on button, but on the right…
