Seems Qualcomm is on a downward spiral to losing as not only have they lost to Nokia in the US ITC appeal, they have been served in the UK. The UK High Court ruled the same as the US ITC did, and that is Nokia has not violated any of Qualcomm’s GSM patents.

As in the US, Qualcomm had sought an injunction against Nokia to halt them from selling GSM chipset handsets as allegedly they infringed on Qualcomm patents. Will Qualcomm try yet another appeal? Well if they really believe they are in the right then yes they more than likely will, however having lost twice already and with patent infringement claims  in multiple countries across the globe maybe Qualcomm will let it slide. Who knows?
