Samsung tops the bill in loyal customer stakes
It seems Samsung have the knack of attracting customers and then making sure they keep them. Samsung has just been named top in customer brand loyalty within mobile phone brands by Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Exchange Index.
Chief Marketing Officer at Samsung Telecommunications America, Bill Ogle says: Â “The Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Award is a significant honour because it is based directly on consumer feedback. Winning this award shows Samsung makes great phones and connects emotionally as a brand.”
Samsung must be good because they are the only mobile handset manufacturer to manage to secure consecutive titles since back in 2001, and with the likes of the G800 and Samsung Soul handsets Samsung is probably set for yet another year.
