The LG Glimmer has been confirmed as being on its way by LG, there has been no sight of the phone as yet on the regional’s own site. Alltel has been specifically mentioned in the press release by LG.

The Glimmer is basically a LG Shine but it has a touch screen. The phone was launched on the 13th March and it will cost around $250 on a two year contract. It looks like for the employees at Alltel there will be a two week delay as they want to make sure there’s plenty for the customers.
