After a meeting between the Indian Government and reps from the wireless industry, India has decided to allow the RIM encrypted Blackberry system to continue operating.
“We will discuss the issue with the Telecom Commission… the country’s security is of paramount importance,” said Telecom Minister A Raja today.
They did not reveal what issues where to be discussed, but at least Indian Blackberry fans will be happy.
