There are a huge range of mobile phones on the market that has an odd keypad configuration, and one such phone was seen at FCC recently. This new Citi handset that is coming onto the market will be NFC-equipped.
This Citi phone has a built-in MP3 player as well as an accelerometer and file manager. The accelerometer is a great feature, to access icons all you need to do is tilt the phone. But the most important feature has to be NFC technology; this means that you can make payment while you are on the go. Only time will tell if this handset will be able to compete in a market that is dominated by BlackBerrys.
