The Orange mobile network is to trail a new ad-funded download service, 800,000 of their mobile users will be able to trail this new service. You as the user will be able to download tracks for a discounted rate, either free or half price.
The trial is to last three-months, and to help fund this download service are ads. This ad-funded download service will allows Advertisers to show off their ads in a prominent position. Orange hopes to be able to draw businesses into mobile advertising as many believe that this is the future of advertising.
