Nokia, after the first access limited beta launch for N81 handset owners back in February has now opened the virtual gaming gates of its N-Gaga service to a much wider audience. The official announcement isn’t due yet, but the N-Gage blog is singing out this news along with the availability of the new N-Gage download.
“We are live! The games, the devices, and the community are all here for you to finally get your teeth into. The Forums are back up and the new N-Gage application is here.”
Only problem is it is still restricted to Nokia’s Nseries handsets that the N-Gage platform is compatible with, which means of course the N81, N81 8GB, N82, N95, and the N95 8GB, however, Nokia are promising to widen the support for the N-Gage soon.
