First gen Apple iPhone video app available

One of the strangest things Apple did with the generation-one iPhone was to omit video recordings, however we are all aware that what iPhone developers set their minds to usually comes about; in this particular case they have developed a video application for the Apple handset which is called uShow, and is presently in closed beta.

Drunkenbass developed uShow which allows the user to record and playback video and save upload it to several video sharing sites or save it or even email it. uShow is currently claimed to be compatible with facebook, MySpace, YouTube, PhotoBucket, Flickr, metacafe, and friendster.

You will find even higher end features such as framing guides and on-screen timestamps, tweaking files is made straightforward via a menu of audio and video compression options as well. uShow will be re-opening beta registration on 20th April, but as yet no word on general release.
