Proof the Chinese do not care about copyright with fake SCNY FE-230 mobile phone

SCNY FE-230

This is the SCNY FE-230 mobile phone made by the Chinese and obviously infringes on the Sony Ericsson trademark, but in the world’s fastest growing economy doesn’t anyone really care? Personally I doubt it very much otherwise something would have been done long ago to halt the Chinese infringement of mobile phones.

The SCNY FE-230 sports a 5 megapixel camera complete with auto-focus, and well if it wasn’t actually a fake one could have said it was of an interesting design. Actually it looks a tad like some older Sony Ericsson models that looks somewhat more like digital cameras that actual mobile handsets.

So just for your information the original SCNY mobile phone sports a Xenon flash and optical zoom, and its 6800 mAh battery should bring quite a few hours of talk and standby time. Unfortunately the SCNY FE-230 happens to sport a fake Sony logo the SCNY on its rear side. It surprised me that the Chinese mobile phone handset cloners just don’t make their own brand, how about F.A.K.E. or maybe R.I.P.O.F.F. perhaps?
