O2 staff got the best bonus of their life last week as an incentive for selling the most Samsung mobile phones in March to new or upgraded customers. The football team made up of O2 staff went up against football legends such as Matt Le Tissier, Gianluca Vialli, Chris Kamara, Tony Cottee, Rob Lee, Peter Bonetti and Lee Sharp.
There were many video cameras recording this sensational Premier League football match between 11 O2 staff and 11 football legends, oh yes bulging waistlines were seen. In the first half Le Tissier and Lee scored and in the second half it was all over for O2 as they lost 5-3, hey O2 not to worry you scored 3, which is not bad at all. Chris Brooke of the O2 store in Hastings was man of the match, he was fantastic in goal it must be said. The O2 team was managed by Ray Wilkins the former England player, if it was not for him they would have come out worse than 5-3.
