Sony Ericsson sign GlobalFun as content acquirement partner
GlobalFun, the mobile games publisher and developer has announced a five year long agreement with Sony Ericsson which will see GlobalFun become one of two main content acquisition partners for the “Play Now Arena” and “Fun&Downloads” services run by Sony Ericsson.
Marcus Johansson, GlobalFun’s CEO, commented on the announcement, saying: “The trust that Sony Ericsson is showing us by appointing us as one of two content acquisition partners is very flattering. We will do our very best to exceed the expectations in this area and to continue to grow our mutual business.”
GlobalFun is a worldwide gaming publisher and developer with its headquarters situated in Sweden while having local offices in North America, South America and Europe.
GlobalFun’s worldwide distribution network takes is such companies as AT&T, T-Mobile Sprint/Nextel, Sony Ericsson, TeliaSonera, Telefonica Moviles, Verizon Wireless, Vodafone, Mobistar, Rogers/Fido, China Mobile and many more.
