MagicPad offers iPhone pointless cut and paste app: Video

Development shop Proximi is apparently shout loud and clear so everyone will hear about their MagicPad application for the Apple iPhone according to a report on MacRumors.

Proximi are touting the MagicPad’s ability to copy and paste function as part of a rich text editing package to help hold up the handset’s weak, virtually non-existent office app suite.

MagicPad looks nice it looks well executed and will provide a core function, which should have been with the Apple iPhone from the outset. The only problem is, what is the point of cut and paste clipboard if only one application can use it?

Thing is without “buy it from Apple” the clipboard is firmly stuck in the MagicPad sand, a cool app yes. Should Apple be paying attention? Yes but probably doubtful. MagicPad useful? Not very much at this point, but we do have a video below.
