Jobs finally admits Apple made mistakes with MobileMe!

Well, well, seems Mr. Jobs is finally believing that everything Apple isn’t infallible! Apparently an internal email was dispatched by Steve Jobs to Apple employees admitting mistakes in the launch of Apple’s MobileMe.

Hang on while I pick myself up off the floor!

The word is, Jobs said in the email: “It was a mistake to launch MobileMe at the same time as iPhone 3G, iPhone 2.0 software and the App Store. We all had more than enough to do, and MobileMe could have been delayed without consequence.”

Jobs apparently suggested that the company should have launched MobileMe services individually rather than one complicated transition (hindsight?)

The Apple top guy also outline a management restructure whereby Apple’s VP for iTunes will oversee the App Store and MobileMe and report back directly to Jobs.

Well I guess if it’s true at least Jobs is realising everything isn’t running as smoothly as he wishes!
