Californian man sues Motorola T-Mobile and Samsung over health issues

Although, as far as I know it has never been fully confirmed or proven that mobile phone radiation can cause cancer and adverse health effects, maybe it has been linked to health and continued use could possibly over time cause damage, I don’t know for sure.

But it appears a Californian man, Michael R. Bennett is convince they do cause health problems as he is suing Motorola, T-Mobile and Samsung over dangerous radiation being emitted via mobile phones using the T-Mobile network.

Bennett’s premises for the suit is that during August 2003 and December 2005, he used his Samsung mobile phone on a daily basis and now claims he suffers from sudden hearing loss in his right ear, loss of equilibrium, vertigo and numerous other ailments.

Well good luck with that Mr. Bennett, I’m sure your lawyer is going to have one hell of a fight proving the Samsung mobile phone caused your sudden hearing loss and other ailments, especially most other suits of the same kind have been dismissed and getting nowhere.

More waste of the courts time and cash I would think.
