Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 SIM free on October 30th

Play.com has announced that as from 30 October 2008 they will be selling the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 SIM free. Play are also promising customers who wish to get their hands on Sony Ericsson’s new smartphone will receive a one-day delivery.

Also Play say being the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 will be SIM free, there is no need to sign any lengthy contract.

The HTC made Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 is 3G HDSPA, with a 3 megapixel camera, secondary video call camera, FM radio with RDS, TrackID music recognition, GPRS, aGPS, MP3 player, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, microSD slot, Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional, and full slide out QWERTY keyboard.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 measures 110 x 53 x 16.7mm with a weight of just 145 grams, and will be available from Play.com for the sum of 599.99 of your crisp British pounds.
