Remember back in December of last year there were net whispers of a Nokia patent of a slider design mobile phone. The patent showed a camera bar mounted sideways at the top of the mobile handset and had a swivel functionality.

Well it appears that a Chinese manufacturer has taken that patent and obviously thinking it is a great idea, went right ahead and created it.

Not too sure what Nokia will do about it legal wise, but then let’s face it, its certainly not the first time the Chinese have ripped off a patent is it.
