SearchMe, the visual search engine which launched last month is apparently working on a natural extension which is a visual search application for none other than the Apple iPhone.

Apparently the SearchMe application for the Apple iPhone is ready, but the company is waiting for approval from Apple for it to go on the iTunes App Store.

SearchMe presents search results as a list of thumbnails that shows each web page and then you just flip through them. SearchMe does however let you narrow search results via clicking a topic icon. So iPhoners keep an eye out for it hitting the App Store soon.
