When it was announced the Nokia E71 would be exclusive to Canada’s Fido with a targeted launch for November, most Canadians were happy. There have been several blog posts covering the Nokia E71 going to Canada via Fido and how great it is to have the Nokia E71 in the Fido line-up.

Well according to a Nokia insider, and the net whispers roaming the forums, the Nokia E71 has been shifted from the Fido line-up and will now be with Rogers Wireless for its big launch in November.

Poor Fido loses the juicy bone yet again to the big bulldog of Rogers Wireless, but then again the Nokia E71 will still be launched in Canada.
