Research In Motion and Taiwan Mobile have jointly introduced the BlackBerry Bold into the Taiwan market. The Blackberry Bold is the first BlackBerry from Research In Motion to support tri-band HSDPA.
The BlackBerry Bold through Taiwan Mobile will target business professionals along with power users and will be supplied with a hybrid QWERTY-BoPoMoFo keyboard that allows Chinese input.
Feature wise the BlackBerry Bold has integrated GPS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g, a large HVGA LCD display, 2 megapixel camera, and crammed with multimedia capabilities for video, music and photos. Taiwan Mobile first introduced BlackBerry smartphone to Taiwan in 2006.
