The word in that AT&T will soon see the UTStarcom Quickfire, a full QWERTY carrying mobile for the heavy texter which used to be called the UTStarcom Knick.

The PCD sourced Quickfire, now branded with the AT&T logo features a slide out keyboard along with aGPS, and that’s about all we know at present on the Quickfire spec wise at present.

Rumour has it the Quickfire will hit AT&T stores sometime late this month and anyone who wants it can get it for $99.99 with a two year AT&T agreement and is will be available in orange, green and silver.
