Hop-on has announced their GSM mobile phone the HOP1811 will become available in the US with Graffiti Wireless’s Airtime plan at $13.99.
According to Hop-on’s CEO Peter Michaels, the NOP1811 will be a huge seller because of the borderline recession in the US and international commerce, and also have a European 900/1800 MHz version of the HOP1811 for their international partners.
The HOP1811 offers dual-band 850/1900MHz, or 900/1800MHz for Europe and Asia, Infineon chip sets, MP3 option, weighs 79 grams with 4 hours talk-time and 150 hours of standby time. An HOP-on also has a “Keep it Green” offer with gives a $5.00 rebate when returning a mobile handset.
