You can now visit Vodafone Australia website and register your interest in the all new RIM BlackBerry Storm 9500.

Vodafone Australia is now taking pre-orders on the new BlackBerry Storm 9500, they have not put any date down as of yet but you can fill out the register your interest form by entering your Name, Email and Telephone Number. BerryReview has said they will be getting a release date sometime next week or so after Verizon release it. Register your interest here.

By registering, you also consent to Vodafone carrying out a credit check on you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that stocks are limited and you’re not guaranteed a handset.

I really like this phone and would like to know if and when AT&T would be carring the phone, or would I have to change my carrier? Thanks for the update technology.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE…To say that I am highly dissatisfied with the Blackberry Storm, would be my life’s understatement. I would love to throw in a good measure of choice expletives about this useless doorstop, but for fear of not getting this published and potentially saving someone the angst and grief of buying one, I won’t. To be brief: It has poor reception, people can’t hear you through it, it randomly disconnects from the network without letting you know, it is sluggish to respond and the touch-screen technology compared to Apple Iphone is neanderthal. In short, it is not even in the same century as Apple and I am counting days until my contract expires with this lead weight, whereupon I will heave it to a deep & watery grave. In the meantime, I will continue my crusade to warn people off RIM and it’s stress-inducing products… Wow, I feel better now!
