There has been much speculation and expectation for a while but finally it has arrived. Yes Firefox Mobile has now gone Alpha and carries the codename Fennec, after the fox, and is available for download.

There is just one slight problem at the moment though; you can only use Firefox Mobile Alpha on Nokia’s N810 tablet, however, if you want to play around with it to get a feel of what it is like, you can on Windows, Linux, or OS X.

No doubt that Mozilla will have a Firefox Mobile for Windows Mobile hitting the waves as soon as they can, so keep a lookout for it soon.
