Skyfire is the only mobile web browser on Earth which allows for full web browsing via your mobile phone, and Skyfire has just touched down in Canada, and is now available for Canadian mobile surfers.
Most mobile web browsers offer full web browsing but they just cannot cope with embedded Flash or even Silverlight content, whereas Skyfire supports both Silverlight and Flash content to bring the user a far greater web experience.
Skyfire’s trick is that it uses back end proxy servers that do all the number crunching, and thus rather than be limited by the mobile phone’s processor, Skyfire pushes the web page content to the Skyfire server where the page is rendered for mobile and sent on to your mobile phone.
