When connecting the Stowaway Sierra Bluetooth keyboard to the Nokia E71 the pairing goes exceptionally well just as the Nokia N93 does, but the difference is that the Nokia E71 responds much quicker because of a newer version of Symbian operating system and S60.

This is because it runs Symbian OS 9.2 with S60 3.1 feature pack one rather than the Nokia N93’s Symbian OS 9.1 along with S60 3.0. The Nokia E71’s keyboard is easy to use and having the use of a full size keyboard is so much better.

So the pairing of full size keyboard and mobile phone is a most smooth operation, but does make one wish for a bigger screen on the Nokia E71, but maybe Nokia will come up with a separate internet tablet for that purpose eventually.
