Although Google has the Google Android platform they must still respect the Apple iPhone and its influence in the mobile phone world as Google has just rolled out a new search portal optimised for the Apple iPhone.
Internet searches via the Google portal show in desktop format thus forcing the iPhoner to zoom in to read, but with the new optimised Google portal for the Apple iPhone the search presents results best suited for the iPhone format.
The new portal provides searches that are now easily readable with the need to zoom, while Google image searches are returned in a more iPhone friendly format, results showing addresses are show with Google Maps along with one touch directions, and results with phone numbers allow for one touch dialling.
