Very shortly Verizon Wireless will release the update for the Verizon Wireless XV6900, which of course is the Verizon branded HTC Touch, and this much awaited update will upgrade the Verizon HTC Touch to Windows Mobile 6.1 along with EV-DO Rev.A.
All other versions of the HTC Touch in the United States have already received these updates so their absence from the Verizon version has been one of the singularly largest complaints about the mobile handset.
Shortly Verizon plan to bring out the Verizon HTC Touch Pro and so want to update the HTC XV9600 before so customers don’t get any further angered.
