At last Google Voice Search App for iPhone available from iTunes

Under: Apple iPhone, Phone Software Date: November 18th, 2008

We have told you already about the Google Voice Search App for the Apple iPhone but we did not know when it will be released, well we can happily say it is available from iTunes right now and ready for download.

The voice search function has now been added to the Google application for the iPhone, this new feature which will allow you too speak into the iPhone which will automatically add it to the Google search, basically once you talk into the iPhone it will be transmitted to Google’s servers where it will then be recognized then entered as a search term.

The feature works very well indeed if you ask me, it does indeed recognize simple and single words for example “Mobile” or “Animal” etc, many have asked will it recognize complex phrases like “What is a mobile phone” and the answer to this question is “YES” yes it does recognize it.

This is a great app; download it right now via iTunes.
