The Carphone Warehouse has released some info on the Research In Motion smartphone they will be offering exclusively later this year, and that smartphone if none other than the BlackBerry Curve 8900 better known as the BlackBerry Javelin.
The BlackBerry Javelin was released on T-Mobile Germany earlier this month but no UK details have been leaked other than that in the UK the BlackBerry javelin would be offered by T-Mobile UK.
The BlackBerry Javelin has a 2.4 inch HCGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus digital zoom and flash, RIM trackball, GPS, WiFi, microSD slot and all the usual stuff associated with BlackBerry. Carphone Warehouse has confirmed the Javelin will be offered as handset only, but so far no word on price or availability date.
