The unlocking of the Apple iPhone 3G has been bugging the iPhone Dev Team ever since the Apple iPhone 3G came out and they have constantly been on a quest for the illusive Apple iPhone 3G unlock solution.
Well it seems the endeavours of the iPhone Dev Team is another step closer to that evasive solution as the Dev Team has made another breakthrough. The word is the iPhone Dev Team can now run unsigned code in the background through the 3G baseband and is able to downgrade the 01.45 baseband to prior versions.
Add this to the Dev Team’s ability to interact with the baseband in alternate ways and it means that this new discovery happens to make an Apple iPhone 3G unlock solution so much closer.
