What we have here appears to be an OLED display which is able to fold in half to become a mobile phone. This “OLED” display was on display on a Samsung stand at a technology trade show in Japan.

We have a video below so you can see it in action, but it appears to fold itself in half to reveal a secondary smaller screen with the Samsung logo underneath, the “phone” then automatically reopens.

We can see a menu of icons when the “phone” is closed which could indicate it being touch sensitive. Official spec on this isn’t available as yet, so can’t really say if Samsung will ever bring it to the mobile arena, but watching the video, it looked somewhat large and cumbersome to be a mobile handset to me.
