It seems that the virtual keyboard may be on its way to the Google Android T-Mobile G1 if certain Android community coders have their way. One such guy posted on the android community forum that he’s found code for a virtual keyboard.
Forum user jmejiaa says that he created the Qsearch app which uses is own virtual keyboard and is in the process of developing one for texting and is therefore looking at the android site a great deal, and this is when he seemed to discover the code for a virtual keyboard for the entire platform.
Apparently this virtual keyboard is a whole new level of complexity as it is for the entire OS and is therefore looking into it. So maybe this means that an OS wide virtual keyboard isn’t that far away.
