We would imagine that all Apple iPhone 3G and iPhone users have already updated to the new 2.2 OS software, allowing them to know use the direct podcasting from iTunes, Auto-correction toggle, Japanese emoji icons, Google maps with walking/transit directions and Street View plus of course the updated Safari UI, but Apple have a few more surprises up their sleeve for iPhone owners on the 2.2 OS.

For all you iPhone YouTube fans that have been frustrated with the way the iPhone deals with YouTube video’s that have not been converted into iPhone format, good news Apple have now embedded an video graphic which will tell toy if the YouTube video has been converted or not saving you the hassle of clicking to find out if it will work on your Apple iPhone.

Not only that, iPhone 2.2 OS you can directly download podcasts onto your iPhone and if you wish to remove the podcast it’s done with a simple swipe and tap. So although have given to us in one hand some great undocumented extra’s in the 2.2 OS update, Apple have also given us some problems, we have heard of problems with iTunes Syncing as well as iPhone application disappearing, plus worse of all problems connecting to WiFi.
