Apple iPhone case Silicon Touch for visually impaired?

Under: Apple iPhone Gadgets, News Date: December 2nd, 2008

If you are visually impaired the Apple iPhone isn’t the type of mobile phone you could or would use because of its touch-screen right? Well, wrong as far as designer Bruno Fosi is concerned.

Fosi has designed a concept Apple iPhone case that is actually quite impressive in as much as the Silicon Touch covers the Apple iPhone touch-screen and incorporates a range of bas-relief buttons which correspond to the touch-screen’s menu items in a custom application.

Therefore the Silion Touch case for the Apple iPhone allows those with impaired vision to access the Apple iPhone’s functions along with finger flick scrolling and multi-touch. Looks like a great idea if it can get off the ground and would bring the Apple iPhone to so many more people.
