At an expo in Barcelona, Nokia previewed their latest technologically advanced smartphone offering the Nokia N97; a smartphone with an iPhone-like design but with the added combination of a full QWERTY keyboard and tilting 3.5 inch touch-screen.
The Nokia N97 is 30% thicker than the iPhone because of the slip out keyboard, and features a 5 megapixel camera, support for DVD quality video playback, video capture at 30fps, and 32GB internal memory with is expandable to 48GB.
One could look on the Nokia N97 as a mix of Apple iPhone, BlackBerry Storm, and T-Mobile G1, mix them all together and you can come up with the Nokia N97. My personal view is when the N97 hits; it’s going to push the likes of the G1 and the Storm right out of the running.
