TheMedicalPhone mobile phone manufacturer, at the 3GSM Asia event in Macau showed off the iCEphone a new Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone with a difference.
The iCEphone smartphone actually features a 3-paneled form factor and allows the user to choose between a 3 inch touch-screen display, a gaming orientated keypad and a QWERTY keyboard.
The iCEphone is a rugged smartphone which offers protection from water and shock, and gets its name from the dedicated emergency button which when pressed sends the users GPS location and other info to the emergency services in that area. The iCEphone becomes available in Q2 09 with a price of US$1000.
