The Motorola i9 is an iDEN handset that actually looks real nice and the press photos for the Motorola i9 have been leaked onto the net. The Motorola i9 holds a clamshell form factor much in the style of the Motorola RAZR and has the internal and external screens with external keys that appear to be touch sensitive.
There also appears to be what looks like dedicated music keys along with a few camera related keys which operate the Motorola i9’s 3.1 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, and there is a flat alphanumeric keypad.
Other rumoured Motorola i9 features include Bluetooth and GPS and it is presumed that Sprint Nextel will see the i9 first but there is no word on when and obviously no pricing as yet either.
