Now here’s one for the lover of comic books and the Apple iPhone, as the latest Lucky Luke comic book called “L’Homme de Washington” has simultaneously launched in comic book form and as an application for the Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch.

Already at the Apple iTunes App Store the native application costs $5.99 and is available in both French and English, and uses comic book reading tech developed by Ave!Comics.

Apparently the word is Ave!Comics have developed a neat was of going through the pages of the comic that looks really promising. Lucky Luke is one of the most popular comic in Europe and was created by Morris.
