Nokia (NYSE:NOK) have stopped selling its N810 Internet Tablet WiMAX edition, this is because of an issue with the WiMAX switch on the current model as well as the slow sales in the USA according to reports, its also said that all retailers have been asked to send back the stock they have left immediately.

Nokia have agreed with the reports that the N810 WiMax Internet Tablet has reached its shelf life, but they have made no comment on the WiMAX network impact on the decision.

The Nokia N810 WiMAX Internet Tablet was launched a year ago at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show, since the launch Portland and Baltimore are the only two markets that have seen the WiMAX network go live.
