There was already word that Huawei was prepping to enter the Android mobile arena in Australia anyway, and now it appears Huawei is confirming they will show off their new Google Android based smartphone at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona.

And that’s just about all that’s known about Huawei’s new Android unfortunately, but once the MWC 2009 begins I’m sure more details will hit the net waves.

Huawei apparently will also be showcasing the world’s smallest modem, along with the world’s first commercial HSPA+ stick along with a few other tech surprises in store no doubt. So lets’ hope we get more firm info on Huawei Technologies new Android next month.
