The offering from Samsung the Rugby A836 is a clamshell form factor and is already available in the United States with AT&T and has 810F military standard spec for withstanding solar radiation, dust, rain, and shock vibration. The Samsung Rugby features HSDPA, 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, aGPS.

The Samsung Rugby A836 costs $149.99 with a three year contract. The ZTE Rock F165 is a candy-bar with external antenna, GSM/HSDPA and a 2 megapixel camera and will cost $79.99 with a three year contract.
